Whats included:
Included in this package is a Nintendo Switch and a Ring Fit Adventure package, as well as access to all the services and equipment available in the Essentials Plus+ package. This means that you get the best of both worlds: you get all the essential equipment you need to do all the regular workouts and join the weekly WellnessMe online classes, and you get the option to add to or substitute some of those workouts with Ring Fit Adventure sessions!
Cancellations:
Cancel anytime, all you need to do is send us an email. Cancellation will take effect 2 weeks from the day of notice, at which point return of all your equipment included in your subscription will be arranged. Payment over the 2 weeks from notice will be required. You will have access to all the online WellnessMe services during those 2 weeks.

Used to ascertain your exercise goals, medical history, exercise history, exercise preferences, and relevant physical assessments from which your individual exercise plan will be developed to help meet your goals and establish your safe exercise starting points

A personalised home exercise program will be made for you to help reach your goals and keep you on track. The home exercise program is delivered via an easy to use app on your phone giving you real-time tracking and analysis of your progress.

1x 15min Weekly Check-in:

Enjoy regular weekly check-ins with your trainer to have a chat about how you are going, help to keep you on track, stay motivated and to make any neccessary changes to your program
