Used to ascertain your exercise goals, medical history, exercise history, exercise preferences, and relevant physical assessments from which an individual exercise plan can be developed based on your goals and safe exercise starting points
PERSONALISED EXERCISE PROGRAM
A personalised home exercise program will be individually prescribed based on your goals and safe exercise starting points to help you achieve your goals. The home exercise program is delivered via an app on your phone giving you real-time monitoring and analysis of your progress
WEEKLY CHECK-IN WITH YOUR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
10 minute weekly check-ins with your exercise professional to help keep you on track, inspired, & to proactively address any challenges you may be having as they arise
ONLINE GROUP CLASSES
Access our weekly scheduled group classes with like minded WellnessMe athletes. Attend body weight aerobics classes to improve your cardiovascular health, resistance training focused classes to build your strength, & Spin classes to build your endurance on your bike
